Terms of Service

The short version

Who we are, and what these terms cover

Trozi (previously called Career Mate) is an app built and run by Gaurav Khatri, an individual developer in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia. In these terms "we" and "us" means Gaurav. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Trozi.

What Trozi does

You give Trozi your CV and a job ad. It estimates how well you fit, says whether the role appears to suit the work rights you've told us about, and writes a tailored CV, cover letter and practice interview material. You can edit all of it before you use it. We may add, change or remove features as we improve the app.

Work rights: guidance, not advice

Trozi's work-rights answers compare a job ad with the visa or work rights you tell us you hold. They are general information only. They are not legal advice or immigration advice, and we are not registered migration agents or lawyers. Visa conditions change and depend on your personal circumstances. Always check your visa conditions with the Department of Home Affairs or a registered migration agent before you apply for, accept or start a job.

AI output can be wrong

Trozi uses artificial intelligence. It can misread a job ad, miss a requirement or word something badly. Scores and verdicts are estimates, not promises about how an employer will respond. We try to keep generated documents to what your CV supports and we flag lines that don't match it, but that check is not perfect. You must read and correct every document, answer and message before you use it. We don't guarantee interviews, offers or any other outcome.

Your account and your content

Fair use

Please don't misuse the service. That includes trying to break or overload it, getting around its limits, reading other people's data, using it to send spam, or automating it at scale. To keep costs fair and the service reliable, there are daily limits on some features, such as evaluations and generated documents. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

Free beta, and any future charges

Trozi is currently a free beta. It may change, have bugs, or go offline without notice, and the data and features in it may be changed or reset. If we introduce paid features, we'll tell you in the app before you're asked to pay anything, and you won't be charged for anything you haven't agreed to.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, Trozi is provided as it is and we aren't liable for losses that come from relying on its output, such as a missed job, a rejected application or a visa problem, or for indirect or consequential losses. Where our liability can't be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the service or, for a paid service, refunding what you paid for it.

Ending your use

You can stop using Trozi at any time, and you can permanently delete your account and data in Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we need to close the service. We'll try to give notice where we reasonably can.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll tell you in the app. If you keep using Trozi after a change, you accept the updated terms.
